About this course

We offer a selection of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) days on a range of subjects, suitable for many services and organisations. The content can be tailored to the fire service, police, ambulance, military or commercial industry.

A CPD day is a good way to gain awareness of a subject or refresh existing knowledge.

As an example, a CPD day may give an overview of current trends, risks and ways to identify and approach incidents involving:

  • Illicit drug laboratories
  • Individual chemical exposure
  • Homemade explosives
  • Corrosive attacks
  • White powders

A wide variety of subjects can be covered in the area of hazardous materials and CBRN. If you need training on something specific, please contact the team.

  • CPD days can be delivered at Tactical Hazmat or at your own facility.
  • No knowledge of science or maths is required to attend.
  • Lunch and refreshments are provided throughout the day on courses delivered at Tactical Hazmat.
